School Closure
Due to the escalating warning levels associated with Storm Ciaran we have made the difficult decision to close Prospect School on Thursday 2 November 2023. This closure will extend to all students who attend alternative provisions.
Storm Ciaran is expected to bring very strong winds, which could lead to travel disruption, potential utility issues and even structural damage. The safety of our students. staff and the wider school
communitis our top priority
While we hope that the storm’s impact will be short-lived, we will continue to monitor the situation closely. We we will communicate updates tomorrow to inform whether the school will be able to reopen on Friday, 3 November.
We appreciate your understanding and support during this time. The safety of our students and staff is our primary concern and we believe that this decision is in the best interest of all.
